Who is your FIRST Buyer Contact?
That’s right, I am. I’ve been selling Real Estate in Oakdale for 30 years now. My primary focus has always been family homes, just like yours. Over the years I’ve sold over $260 million and over 845 homes. Yep, that’s more than the last time I threw those statistics out for you to catch.

Chances are, I remember what condition it was in and what upgrades it had or needed. My mind is like a steal trap – in that regards. However, the mind could use a tune-up on some other things I should remember, you can ask my wife about that.
